Lacey has been a leader in the world of AD's. She get's involved at all levels. She speaks up when needs, she understands the expectations and needs of the job. She works hard for her athletes. She was one of the first female AD's that I was able to quickly identify with and truly respect. She knows the strength of Washington State athletics, the value of our systems but also see where we could improve and is willing to do the work to keep moving us forward. She is a Role model!

Lacey London was one of the first people to greet me as a new member of the Washington Secondary Schools Athletic Administrators Association (WSSAAA). She has always been available and willing to help at the state level and has been someone I have reached out to for guidance at the school level as well. I truly believe that Lacey would be a great addition to the NIAAA Board and will bring the same leadership and dedication in her role with the NIAAA that she brings to WSSAAA. Lacey has always centered herself around what would benefit students and I have always appreciated the way she grounds her thinking in what truly matters in the world of athletics.

As the Executive Director of the state athletic directors for the last 15 years it has been my privilege to watch Lacey's maturity in the AD ranks. She has really blossomed into a trusted and hard working leader in our state. As the past conference chair , President, and and integral part of WSSAAA's budget committee and awards committee Lacey has distinguished herself as a humble, hardworking part of Washington States Athletic Infrastructure which includes the WIAA, WSSAAA, District, League, and a Women of Washington. She provides a fresh, honest wisdom to current issues and would be a tremendous asset to the NIAAA Board. So excited she is going down this leadership road. I am so thankful I got to work with her as she challenges all to be our best!
